Company seeks a Senior Vice President & General Counsel to lead its patent licensing and enforcement business. The GC will be part of the Executive Committee and will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of setting and implementing corporate strategy, case assessment and management, negotiating licenses and settlements, managing patent enforcement, selecting and managing outside litigation counsel, and actively managing patent litigation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
