We are seeking an Account Executive to work with our dynamic team located remotely from a home office.

The Role Sell Empeon's enterprise SaaS HCM suite of products to business owners, principles, executives and/or key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
Consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by prospecting, networking, presenting Empeon's value propositions, negotiating pricing and closing sales Ability to work with a cross functional team including Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Service to provide a complete solution and an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate and timely records in our CRM and driving a predictable sales pipeline and forecast.
Maintain high number of weekly new prospect meetings.
Use best practice techniques and methods from frameworks such as Challenger, Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling, Strategic Selling or SPIN Selling to drive successful sales cycles.
Develop customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects.
Identify the need for and proper use of internal and external resources (sales support staff), taking those opportunities to deepen your own product knowledge.
What You'll Bring:

years' experience in Field Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Account Management, Inside Sales or related field (HR or Payroll software experience a plus) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the healthcare Industry is a plus.
B2B sales experience.
A working knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM Basic presentation skills utilizing web meeting technology and PowerPoint Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding metrics-based sales plans.
Exceptional customer service skills and personable phone skills.
Willingness to take ownership of any client issue and work outside of one's comfort area.
Able to travel as needed Possesses an athlete mentality which thrives on positive competition, constant training and learning as well as the ability to candidly assess personal performance and provide mentoring and coaching to peers to maximize performance of the team.
