The Assistant will provide front-line support for the EOP office, while delivering excellent customer service to all students, faculty and staff who access the Student Success Suite.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide general information and referral services to students via phone or in person Maintain contact with various campus departments and students Responsible for organization of department documents Scheduling of counseling appointments Provide courteous and accurate support to a diverse student population Provide support for college events Recruit/assist with outreach for workshops which can include creating and posting flyers Attend regular staff meetings as requested Perform other job-related duties as assigned Required
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Education, Human Resources or Social Sciences.
