Goal of HR Talent Manager:
To keep all caregiver personnel charts at 100% compliance To ensure caregivers are educated and follow all company rules and policies To ensure caregiver satisfaction and retention Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% Employee Chart Compliance Track and conduct provisional phone supervisions daily for employees without active background checks Ensure existing employees complete Inservice trainings by September 1 each year and that new hires complete it within 30 days of hire Conduct new hire orientation study Employee retention and determine why employees leave the company Handle unemployment claims Manage employee engagement programs Handle workers comp Job Type:
