00pm Monday - Friday Wellcore is an educational consulting company that secures grant funding for schools, communities and state agencies.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and dependable assistant who is capable of functioning at a very high level both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities include Prepare and process payroll through a payroll processor for multiple projects/grants Quickbooks:
Enter Transactions, invoicing and payables.
Assist with day-to-day operations including writing and preparing documents such as emails, phone calls, ordering supplies, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
Keep updated records, documents and Excel files for the various businesses/projects Work with grant writers to assist in gathering information and documents as needed.
Light local travel to run errands and visit program sites when necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent communication (oral and written) Must be proficiency in Google Drive, Word, Excel, and Quickbooks Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.
