Montebello Media is seeking a talented social media manager to join our team, to boost and manage our & our clients social accounts.
Haven't heard of Montebello Media? (That's why we are looking to hire you!) We are a rapidly growing media company that serves thought leaders, influencers, experts and of course businesses who have a compelling message to share, but need the backend support and platform to share their message.
Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Director, media and writing teams responsibilities include social planning, calendar creation, audience growth, audience engagement, and content creation.
The Social Media Community Manager's responsibilities will be:
? Plan & develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram (to include Stories), LinkedIn, and future social platforms) ? Work with media and writing teams to recommend relevant and compelling content to develop & following through with implementation.
? Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives ? Work jointly with others to develop and amplify campaigns conducted throughout the company to include company messages and partnerships ? Monitor daily social conversation of relevant audiences, respond to audience engagement through comments and content.
? Work with writing teams to create blogs.
? Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience.
? Some evening and weekend work will be required due to the always on nature of social media Requirements:
? two or more years of experience and expertise in organizing, and execution of successful social media campaigns ? Demonstrated success in growing social media presence on multiple platforms resulting in greater followers and audience engagement ? Understanding of social media KPIs; Assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement, suggest content optimization ? Intermediate level of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphics software.
? Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills ? Ability to multitask, focus on priorities and maintain attention to detail ? Problem solving skills ? Must be self-motivated but also able to effectively collaborate, work in teams and build good working relationships across multiple stakeholders ? Working knowledge and familiarity with WordPress and best SEO blog practices Job Type:
