Job requirements include:
Recruiting by reaching out to existing and new home care aides via phone, email, and text message Utilizing multiple recruitment channels (eg Indeed, job boards etc) to develop a complete roster of aides Assisting intake / HR departments with the onboarding process Coordinating start of care, arranging initial calls between aides and patients Assisting marketing teams to help bring cases onto services This position requires great phone skills and people skills.
In addition, as part of a fast-paced growing company, your role will be to generate results and foster growth.
