We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
We are looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Schedule patient appointments - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, emailing, and scanning documents - Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient appointments - Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized - Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications:
