The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including document management, employee time tracking, in-service training coordination, and general HR support.
Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Organize and maintain HR documents, including employee records, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the filing, scanning, and retrieval of documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Time Tracking Monitor and follow up on employee clock-ins, ensuring accurate and timely attendance records.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
In-Service Trainings:
Coordinate and schedule in-service training sessions for employees, in alignment with HR guidelines and organizational needs.
Assist in developing training materials and logistics, and track attendance and feedback.
General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Assist in responding to employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
