Review documentation Collect and process all required paperwork Process new aide hiring Audit file for compliance Communicate with aide as needed Monitor daily schedules Address client or caregiver issues as needed, escalate to supervisor if necessary Various other HR responsibilities as needed Full-time only.

Requirements:
Highly organized Attention to detail Excellent communication and phone skills Ability to handle confidential information Ability to keep calm and stay focused under pressure Customer service experience Human Resources experience a plus Job Type:
