We are looking for a Porter to join our successful team in the Airmont, NY area.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Full time (40 hours)Pay Rate:
$18.
00/hr.
General duties include but not limited to Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restroomsSweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
Outdoor
Responsibilities:
Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
Restock restrooms and amenities.
Trash removal from the trash room and compactor roomsDrive company vehicle around region's Stripping and waxingGrout and Tile cleaningCarpet cleaningDriving to multiple locations to clean up wherever necessary RequirementsMust be able to strip, wax, buff floors Able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Must be reliable and professional.
3 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or porter experienceGood Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
