Entry level Clerical Assistants Needed Immediately

Sophie's Healthcare Services Inc. is a rapid expanding licenced home healthcare agency in the state of New York. We are currently filling positions in our Suffern, Middletown, and Newburgh offices for the following positions: Human Resource clerk, Compliance Staffing clerk, and Compliance Nurse clerk.
Applicants must have/be:
Human Resource Clerk:
At least 1-3 years of clerical experience
Detailed oriented and organized
Be able to operated under stress
Computer and EMR skills mandatory
Demonstrate knowledge of HR policy and procedures for New York State
Manage file information of 50 + field and office employees
Responsible for organizing open house/ job fairs
Data entry and filing skills
Proficient in composing memos and letters
Demonstrate ability to operate fax and copier machine
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties and to be held accountable for successful completion
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
Computer savvy (30 to 40 wpm)
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient

Staffing Clerk
Process documentation, in-service, and orientation classes for new applicants and existing employees
Answer phones and have good customer service skills
Data entry and filing skills
Proficient in composing memos and letters
Demonstrate ability to operate fax and copier machine
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible for organizing open house/ job fairs
Monitor field employee attendance
Strong Microsoft Word and computer skill
Accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties and to be held accountable for successful completion
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
Computer savvy (30 to 40 wpm)
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient

Nurse Clerk
Manage medical charts of 50 + patients
Scheduling and track completed nurse visits, medication orders, new admissions, hospitalizations, discharges, and more ( Nurse Clerk)
Answer phones and have good customer service skills
Data entry and filing skills
Proficient in composing memos and letters
Knowledgeable of Medical terminology
Demonstrate ability to operate fax and copier machine
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation are extremely import
Willing to master department processes and introduce efficiency where needed
Accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties and to be held accountable for successful completion
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
Computer savvy (30 to 40 wpm)
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
