The Case Management supervisor is responsible for implementing and supervising the day-to-day operation of the Case Management programs at Good Samaritan Hospital. This position manages activities necessary to ensure appropriate utilization of the Hospital and its resources while maintaining optimal achievable standards of patient care.


Must have clinical (medical) background and understanding of treatment modalities; must be knowledgeable in allied health sciences, appropriate levels of care and the health care delivery system.

Medical terminology required, understanding of Medicare criteria and communication skills with ability to discuss patients' clinical courses with physicians at the physician level.

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in hospital.

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to mentor members of the case management department.


Current Licensure in the State of New York as a Registered Nurse with minimum of three to five year's hospital case management experience; BSN preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
